Thursday, June 4

• Breakfast on your own. The hotel restaurant breakfast is excellent.
• The Board meeting starts at 7:30 am and should be concluded by 10:00 am. There will be beverages and rolls/donuts provided as well.
• All MACA Members are invited and encouraged to attend the Board Meeting.

Important Information

1. Hotel Reservations: As decided last year, room blocks at the hotel are no longer provided for the quarterly meeting.  All members attending the meeting need to reserve their own hotel room.  The recommended hotel is the Renaissance St. Louis Airport.
2. Important:  The MACA Meetings will take place at the Renaissance Hotel, therefore, for ease of meeting access and networking with other MACA members, it is recommended to book your hotel room at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport.
3. Registration/Meeting Fee: The price is $100, which defers the costs of food and beverage, AV, and hotel rental charges.  Please call 314-849-9446 or email Andrea (info@maca.org) to pay for your registration and game ticket, or fill out the Quarterly Meeting registration form below on our website, www.maca.org. by May 20, 2026.   Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 pm, May 20, 2026.
4. Invite a guest: Please extend a personal invite to a MACA Member to attend the MACA meetings.
5. VIRTUAL participation: While we hope you will attend in person, some may need to participate virtually. Please let Rodney know so virtual details can be sent to you prior to the meeting.
